Shipping:
We ship by way of UPS ground.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Customers will be notified of backorders and given the option of a refund, store credit, or to have the item shipped when available. Once the order is shipped, the status will be updated on our site and the customer will be notified that their order has been shipped and given a tracking number.
Returns:
Please order carefully and understand that we do not accept returns and all sales are final. We try to represent sizes to the best of our ability so please make sure to order the right size. We do quality inspect all of our items however we do understand that sometimes items are damaged during shipping. In the event that an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can issue an RMA and exchange your damaged item for one that is not. We will then ship the undamaged item to you once the damaged item is received at the store.
If an item is damaged during normal wear and tear, those items are not refundable nor are they exchangeable. We do offer replacement parts for belts.
